Once you have selected your mattress, you will have 30 nights, from the day that your mattress is delivered or picked up in-stores, to experience it within the comfort of your own home to ensure it is the perfect fit for you. If, at any time during this period, you are unhappy with the comfort of your mattress, you’ll be able to exchange it for one of our over 100 other mattresses. We can confidently offer an exchange only, due to our vast expertise and mattress selection, and we are confident that we have the perfect mattress for you. A DeRUCCI mattress protector must be purchased together to qualify for the 30-night comfort guarantee. We highly recommend you to experience the mattress for 2-3 weeks before you make the exchange decision as it usually take 2-3 weeks for your body to adapt to a new mattress. All mattress products are non-refundable and delivery fees apply to all exchanges.
Delivery charges are non-refundable for all orders except for manufacturer defective merchandise. The estimated delivery time is only provided based on our forecast at the time of purchase. The actual delivery time may vary depending on the manufacturer’s actual production time and shipping time from our global manufacturing facilities. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any delivery date for orders that is not in-stock at the time of purchase. We carefully inspect each item prior to shipment, and we also require your inspection and signature upon delivery. Should you discover a defect in your furniture or mattress, however, please contact us at 905-477-8777 immediately. The customer is responsible for making sure the item can fit into your room and can be delivered through all entryway by verifying all room, building and entryway measurements. Furniture or mattress that is refused because it does not fit into the room or fit through the entryway will be exchangeable only and exchange delivery fees may apply.
All products sold by DeRUCCI come with a manufacturer’s warranty except for floor samples and clearance items. The materials used to construct your furniture or mattress set are of the highest quality; however, defects can still occur. Should you find a fault with your products, rest assured the manufacturer’s warranty covers a wide range of defects in the workmanship or materials of your purchases. For all DeRUCCI mattresses, we offer a limited 10-year warranty which require you to support your mattress with a warrantable bed frame. A proper bed frame prevents sagging and damage to the mattress. Proper bedframes must have: At least five (5) legs for a traditional metal frame (all sizes); At least four (4) hardwood slats for platform or sleigh beds (all sizes); In addition to the standard requirements for all sizes, king- and queen-size models require a centre support that extends to the floor. All bedframes sold by DeRUCCI are considered warrantable bedframes. DeRUCCI mattress warranties cover: 1) Sagging or body indentations of 1 1/2” or greater (Sagging can be avoided with the use of a proper bedframe); 2) Torn handles, stitches pulled out of the handle where sewn to the mattress and tears in the mattress fabric where the handles are attached. Warranty coverage does not include: 1) Damage due to stains caused by food, drinks, cosmetics or bodily fluids may void the mattress warranty. Most stains can be avoided by using a mattress protector. 2) Mattress or slat damage due to abuse, including, but not limited to, folding, bending, and standing or jumping on the mattress. 3) Normal wear and tear of mattress fabric and materials.
